Kadyavarcha Ganpati-Anjarle

Anjarle is known for the Kadyawarcha Ganpati temple (Marathi: Ganapati on a cliff). This temple was originally constructed using wooden pillars ca. 1150. It was renovated between 1768 and 1780.The idol at this temple differs from most other representations of the elephant-headed god, in that its trunk curves right, rather than the usual left.

Ladghar Beach

Tamas Theertha or the Ladghar beach is one of the most popular beaches in Dapoli. Ladghar beach has granier sand instead of the cement like fine sand one would find at other beaches in Dapoli. Due to the multitude of shades of red and orange a part of the arabian sea changes into, off the shores at Ladghar during sunset, Ladghar is also known as "Tamas Theertha".

Asud

Asud is famous for Keshvraj temple.and vyagheshwar temple.This location is between Dapoli and Asud Pul. The access is via Dabkewadi and after crossing the small river, the steep climb is refreshing. At this elevation, the fresh water is a marvel and is said to originate from a tree trunk.

Burondi

Burondi is a village near Dapoli near the coast. It is located almost 12 km from Dapoli. There is a fishermen colony in burondi as it is located near seashore. There are many hotels on the shore and the village also has many temples. Burondi is now becoming a tourist attraction because of its beach and cool climate. Burondi has a statue of Lord Parshuram on a hilltop.

Dabhol

Dabhol is situated around 27 km from Dapoli.

Places to visit:Chandika Devi Mandir - Temple of Goddess Chandika, situated in an underground cave,Dabhol Jetty (Dhakka) - Until 80's this jetty was being used by boat service from Mumbai,Shahi Mosque - Also locally known as 'Anda Masjid'. A beautiful mosque built in dressed black trap stone. The mosque was built in 1659 by Ayesh Bibi, princess of Bijapur.

Harnai Light House(Fish Market)

One of the most popular beaches in Dapoli, Harnai is a long flat beach with the Suvarnadurg fort looming in the horizons on the northern side and the vast expanse of sandy beach extending upto Karde and further towards its south.Harnai is famous for the fish auctions that happen at Harnai fishing harbour which is an awe inspiring affair. The fish auctions at Harnai happen every day at about 6 in the evening.
